Orangetheory Fitness is a unique 60-minute interval training session where participants wear a heart monitor as they move through the 12 stations. Our workout is all about keeping your heart rate elevated as you exercise every muscle group in a total workout. On Orangetheory's scale, orange is your ideal zone, red is for a more intense heart rate, and green is an easier rate. When you maintain your heart rate in the orange zone, you receive the maximum benefits. The longer you remain in the orange zone, the greater the burn and the more you will get out of each gym class.
